- I'm a 26 year old female diagnosed bipolar since the beginning of 2003 - rapid cycling, severe ups and downs. it sucks, i've been back and forth between numerous doctors/therapists/meds. i finally got control of everything about 2 years ago, but recently had to flop everything because of potential defects in a baby, due to meds, if i ever want to have any. along with the med change, i am now fighting the never ending battle of losing weight, again so i can be healthy if i want to have kids. i'm luckily married to a wonderful and supportive husband, and i am lucky to have a stable job and a very understanding boss. i've been on a roller coaster for 7 years now, and i'm ready for everything to just be leveled - but we'll see how that goes. i started this blog so that i had somewhere to vent during the recent med changes because my mind has been all outta whack. it's good to just get it out, and not have to bother people with constant rambling.
